VISITOR GUIDELINES

To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly request guests to be mindful of local French laws and everyday customs during their time in Paris.

Please carry valid identification (or a copy) if required, follow local guidance in public places, and be aware that photography may be restricted in certain areas. Small acts of courtesy can make a big difference. For example, a friendly “Bonjour”
[bon-jhor] when greeting someone (see other helpful French phrases here), waiting patiently in queues, and showing respect in cultural, religious, and public spaces are all greatly appreciated. These thoughtful gestures help create a positive atmosphere for both visitors and the local community.
